What’s the shelf life of your products?

Because our products are natural and preservative-free (except where safe, natural preservatives are needed), we recommend using them within 6–12 months of purchase and storing them in a cool, dry place.
Where can we find your products?

We sell our products directly online through our website and Instagram page (oooshabodycare). We also stock at BOLD in Kisementi, Karuna Yoga Studio in Naguru and Ugandas Finest at Fairway Hotel.
Can we access your products outside of Kampala?

Absoutely! We deliver across Uganda. All you have to do is place your order, make a payment and we will put the package on a bus or taxi that comes directly to you. We ensure to send a copy of the receipt so the products are easily traceable
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Can I return or exchange a product?

We don’t offer cash refunds, but you may exchange a product if it's unused and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How much is delivery and when will I receive my order?

We offer next-day delivery for most local orders. Delivery charges are based on your location and will be confirmed at the time of order.
How do I store my soap or body butter to make it last longer?

Store your bar soap on a well-draining dish to keep it dry between uses. For body butters and lotions, keep them away from direct sunlight and high heat to maintain texture and quality.
Can I order OOOSHA products as gifts?

Absolutely! Our products make thoughtful, natural gifts. You can also purchase a gift card and let them choose what they love. Custom notes and simple gift packaging are available upon request.
